As a busy Executive and an Entrepreneur with a interest in his own businesses and a passion for the Saeed Foundation which he started in 2010 due to a need that he saw in his local Community.
Saeed Abrahams has been involved in not only spearheading the cause to raise funds and donations from various sponsors within the community of the greater Sophiatown area, but personally gets involved in each and every cause that he is dedicated to.
He started his career as an Electrical Engineer when he received his Electrical Trade Certificate in 1996 and went on to open his own Electrical business. In 2012 he received his N4 & N6 Certificate in Tourism and opened his own Travel Company. The money generated from these companies is what enables Saeed, in part to back some of the good work that he is doing within the Community.
SALAMA JARDINE ABRAHAMS
Co- Founder & Director of LAED Private Academy
Salama Jardine is woman with a rich multi-cultural background
and has her roots firmly planted in the Community of Westbury from
which she hails. She has a strong passion for Education and Social
Justice within the community in which she serves and strives to see a
better life and future for her people, thereby eradicating the scourge
of poverty, unemployment, drugs and violence.
She has an extensive background in Business, Education and
Finance with an overwhelming knowledge and many years of studies
and Degrees in each field along with a Degree in Educational
Psychology. Salama has put all of her background, training,
understand and skills to a greater good by starting the LAED Education Private Academy in order to bring about a better society within her Community through learning.
She believes that through Education the youth are given a better
platform in life and are then able to achieve greater success and in this
way with be able to filter their back into the Community, thereby
empowering and uplifting future generation.
I have over 20 years in the Broadcast, Media, Marketing and Advertising Industries. I have worked on productions for eNCA, CNBC, SABC, Chanal Swiss. NGO’s and Organizations such as: SADC, AfDB, COMESA, BUSA, EAC
and the African Union.
I worked in Rwanda for 8 years for The President of Rwanda and the Mayor of Kigali, doing Broadcast Media reputation building projects. As a result of my achievements in Rwanda I was asked to work closely with the Ambassador of Morocco, for the King of Morocco, doing Media projects on the History and Economic Future of Morocco and its People.
More recently I worked with several Government and News
Broadcasters on various Projects and have established a sound reputation amongst leading names in these sectors.
IT Specialist and Public Relations Officer
I have always had a passion for Community and Social Justice related issues. I offer my time to various Schools among them being Newclare Primary School. I previously offered my free time by teaching at a Community Computer College in Newclare, for disadvantaged youth and adults. I am involved in various Community Organisations and now actively with the SAEED Foundation.
I am actively involved in my Church. One of my passions is Fighting the scourge of Substance abuse in our communities.
I hold Diplomas in Production Management through Damelin College and a Preaching Diploma through the University of Pretoria amongst others including numerous awards and certificates in the Motor Industry.
I design Websites and manage a small business called JDR Business Services, offering affordable top end WEB-SITES. I have also authored a book on my Family History, currently writing a 365 day Devotional.

Vision: Being the front runner in media innovation- simulcast getting underprivileged individuals to be part of media, use their skills to spread good news and to normal youngsters to do abnormal great work with there lives.
Moyo: I have one Life that will soon pass . I am not a fool to let GO of what I cannot keep to GAIN what I cannot loose.
